As most of you know Maddy and I have been renting Casa Patricia in Vale de Milho for over a year now, so we have decided to buy a villa in the area (about a five minute drive from VDM). I have now sold my house in England, but we are so settled here that I feel it would be sensible to sell my property in Vila Golfemar overlooking the Vale de Milho golf course.
This is not an urgent sale, especially as I have tenants there over the winter (including Conrad & Britta until the end of February), but before I put it in the hands of Real Estate Agents I thought some of you might know someone who would like such an apartment. Two similar properties on Vila Golfemar are on offer now with VDM Properties at 299,000 Euros (VG 518 & VG 521), but mine has the benefit of an additional sun lounge (formerly a covered terrace) and is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac by the 3rd green. So as a private sale I would be looking for around 290,000 Euros DUE TO MARKET CONDITIONS NOW REDUCED TO 260.000 EUROS IN A PRIVATE SALE for this two bedroom, three bathroom apartment on two floors with a small garden to the front and rear. The Condominium comprises of 49 apartments built about 10 years ago, they share a large swimming pool with separate childrens bathing area.
